About the Author

Bok-Sun Han



(English) A cooking teacher who promotes Korean food through various media – she is the daughter of the deceased professor, Hwang Hye-seong, a master of court food, and she is also a recipient of Important Intangible Cultural Property No. 38, ‘Chosun Dynasty Court Food’. While serving as Director of Food Culture Research Institute Han Bok-seon and visiting professor at Wonkwang Digital University, she taught the humanities of food, poetry, and medicine. Her books include 『Hanbokseon's Kind Cooking Book』, 『Korean Food at Hanbokseon』, 『Korean Food for the World』, 『Theory and Practice of Cooking Medicine in Medicine』. She is a poet and a gourmet writer. She has published poetry books such as 『The Woman Who Cooks』 and 『Peach Opens』 and 『Mother's Table Coloring Book』.

 

(Japanese) テレビやラジオ、新聞、雑誌、本など様々なメディアを通じて韓国の食べ物を広める料理の先生。重要無形文化財第38号「朝鮮王朝宮中料理」履修者、

ハン・ボクソン食文化研究院長、(株)デボクの経営者であり、ウォンガンデジタル大学招聘教授として活動し、食品人文学科では、薬膳を教えている。著書に、『私の家族の健康食』、『ハン・ボクソンの親切な料理本』、『ハン・ボクソンの私たちの食べ物』、『私たちの体にはお粥がいい』、『世界人のための韓国料理』、『薬膳調理理論と実態』などがある。
