L'auteur Heo Jeong-yoon a écrit une histoire pour communiquer avec les enfants qui ont souffert de la même douleur à travers l'histoire de son enfance lorsqu'elle a soudainement fait face à la mort de son père un jour. Le premier enfant est le frère cadet de l'écrivain. "Même maintenant, j'espère que c'est un mensonge que je ne peux pas voir mon père. Je suis descendu et j'ai appelé papa pour mon petit frère. L'écrivain se souvient de cette époque et parle ainsi. Ce livre est un livre d'images qui touche doucement le cœur de la perte et du manque de quelqu'un. Il contient le processus de surmonter la perte et la déficience d'un enfant qui a perdu son précieux père.

ある日突然父親を亡くした作者の幼いころの話を通じて、同じ痛みを経験した子供たちに会うために書かれた本です。その一人目の子供は作者の弟でした。「今でも父に会えないというのが嘘だったら、と思っています。私は幼いころ弟のために下の階に降りて父親を借りてきました」。作者は当時を思い浮かべてこう話します。 「お父さんを貸して」は、失った誰か恋しく思う気持ちを優しくなぐさめてくれる絵本です。大切な父親を亡くした子供が喪失感や欠乏感を克服する過程を描いています。悲しみで苦しむ子供を助け起こし、励まし、またひとつ成長させてくれる「美しい連鎖」の瞬間を感動とともに見届けることができます。

The author writes to meet children who have suffered the same pain through the story of her childhood, when her father suddenly died one day. “I wish it was a lie that I couldn’t see my dad now,” she said. “As a child, I went downstairs to borrow a dad for my younger brother.” The author recalls that time and says:

This book is a picture book that tenderly touches the heart for those who have lost someone and is longing for their lost ones. It tells the story of a child who lost his precious father, overcoming the loss and absence of his presence. The moment of 'beautiful solidarity', through a touching way, raises a child struggling with sadness, encourages them, and makes them grow.

허정윤 작가는 어느 날 갑자기 아빠의 죽음을 맞이했던 자신의 어린 시절 이야기를 통해 똑같은 아픔을 겪은 아이들을 만나고자 글을 썼습니다. 그 첫 번째 아이는 바로 작가의 남동생입니다. “지금도 아빠를 볼 수 없다는 게 거짓말이었으면 좋겠다고 생각합니다. 나는 어린 시절 남동생을 위해 아래층으로 내려가 아빠를 빌렸습니다.” 작가는 그때를 떠올리며 이렇게 이야기합니다. 이 책은 누군가를 잃고 그리워하는 마음을 다정하게 어루만져 주는 그림책입니다. 소중한 아빠를 잃은 아이가 상실과 결핍을 극복하는 과정을 담고 있어요.
