Achimdalbooks Poetry Series No. 3 is the fourth book of poems by Oh Eun who writes on language and words with intellectual inquisitiveness. Thirty-two poems on the subject of people are contained in this book. Diverse meanings found in the lives of ordinary people are unveiled in a game of language.
Between people, and the special feeling that flows within
There are two essays written by the poet, Oh Eun, in her book of poems, I Had a Name. If the poems are about a person, then "Not So," a story about "You," clearly discloses the "relationship" with people and the "emotions" that the narrator feels. While replaying the BGM (background music) that the poet proposes, and "reading" the music as if it were a book, the reader will be able to relate to how the narrator feels and will have the experience of becoming deeply imbued with the same emotions. Through I Had a Name, the poet is speaking about a person who exists in a society, a person carrying out her roles, a person not just as herself but also as someone who exists alongside someone else and the interiorities of a person from multiple perspectives.
