The author presents the risks of viruses, germs pollutants and toxins entering our system and how to securely protect our body from the threatening dangers. The author points out that the cause for a weak immune system is an unhealthy lifestyle, followed by unstable nutrition balance and environment.
Once we understand the mechanism behind how lack of sleep or exercise, eating habits and more affect our immunity, we can realize how the ‘slight differences’ in habits lead to significant differences in outcomes. Our immunity is impossible to be boosted or maintained by a single shot or pill. Sole exercise won’t bring that either. To get those results, balance of the mind and body is key.

(Vietnamese) Tác giả được gọi là bác sĩ điều trị sức khỏe quốc dân quen thuộc tại Hàn Quốc qua các hoạt động trên báo chí và truyền hình. Ông từng tốt nghiệp khoa Y dược thuộc đại học Quốc gia Seoul và kết thúc khóa thực tập tại khoa Y học gia đình của Bệnh viện Đại học Seoul. Hiện ông đang là Viện trưởng của phòng khám Gangnam Best Clinic, đồng thời công tác với vai trò giáo sư thỉnh giảng tại Bệnh viện đại học Hanyang. Ngoài ra, ông còn giữ chức đại biểu của hội Liên hiệp Y học trị liệu thiên nhiên Quốc tế, được biết đến là chuyên gia đóng góp tích cực trong ngành Y học hiện đại và Y học thay thế qua quá trình nghiên cứu tại bệnh viện Y dược Pocheon Jungmun, bệnh viện Mexico Tijuana Oasis.

the head of Gangnam Best Clinic and a visiting professor at Hanyang University Hospital. He is known as the professional with his expertise ranging from modern medicine to alternative medicine. Dr. Lee served as the director of the International Association of Natural Healing Medicine, the director of the Korean Clinical Health Promotion Association, the director of the Korean Association for the Advancement of Obesity, and studied the Alternative medicine course at Pocheon Jungmun Medical School, and in Tijuana Oasis Hospital in Mexico. He is currently serving as the chairman of the Korean Primary Medical Ultrasound Association.
