About the Author

Jang Yeonjoung



(English) A culinary researcher who is gaining popularity with her sensual food styling – she is active in various fields such as broadcasting, magazines, advertisements, and visual merchandising of food spaces. She studied food styling in college and for 12 years, she devoted herself to researching and making food stand out. She now runs the studio 'Jang Style' and conducts cooking classes at 'From Heart House' opened in Gapyeong. He is the author of several books, such as 『A Bowl of Rice』, 『A Bowl of Noodles』, and 『Air Fryer Recipe for 365 Days in 365 Days』.

 

(Vietnamese) Tác giả hiện đang hoạt động trong nhiều lĩnh vực như truyền thông, tạp chí với vai trò thiết kế, trang trí ẩm thực dựa trên giác quan. Sau khi tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Thiết kế và trang trí ẩm thực (Food styling), bà đã dành suốt 12 năm để nghiên cứu ẩm thực và trở nên chuyên nghiệp hơn. Hiện bà đang điều hành một studio bánh cookie mang tên “Chang Style”, đồng thời cũng đang giảng dạy tại trường đại học và Viện nghiên cứu văn hóa ẩm thực Hàn Quốc. Hơn thế nữa, bà cũng đang phụ trách thiết kế món ăn cho nhiều nhà hàng, thương hiệu như Paris Baguette, Fashion 5, Ashley, Kyochon F&B  và BBQ Café, v.v..
