(Japanese) 韓国料理を広めるために力を入れている食品専門家。大学で食品栄養学を専攻し、韓国大統領府秘書室栄養士として在職した。2002年、日韓ワールドカップの期間中に韓国料理広報委員として活動し、大型ビビンバパフォーマンスイベントなどを通じて、世界平和と和合を象徴する韓国の文化、アイコンであるビビンバを韓国内外に広めている。著書に『青瓦台の人々は何を食べているのか?』、『シカゴブルーレシピ』、『レストランメニュー管理』、『食べ物観光』、『外食食空間演出』などがある
