This is the story of a frog’s journey of leaving the pond for the wide sea, sailing atop a lotus leaf and returning home.
- Book Intro
-
A frog hangs on the edge of a leaf intently staring at something. It’s a round lotus leaf floating on a tranquil pond under the bright sun. The frog thinks to herself: How great would it be if that huge lotus leaf were a boat, if I could sing and take a look around the pond on a boat? She takes a leap of faith onto the lotus leaf. The leaf gladly takes in the frog and becomes her boat. And so begins an unexpected yet beautiful journey.
