Creepy Corner Store

In the neighborhood where Mincheol, Seongju, and Boyeong live, there is a very strange corner store.

Having searched three corner stores for Minimon Bread and failed in every single one, Mincheol bitterly turns to go home. Just then, he sees a boy holding a Minimon Bread, grinning widely. Mincheol rushes into the corner store the boy came out from, but the line is too long. When a little boy waiting in front of him looks away, Mincheol cuts in line and takes the last Minimon Bread. He saves the bread in his backpack and puts a piece of Oranda Cracker in his mouth. But instead of a cracking sound, he hears a "crook." Crook, crook! The sound gets louder as it chases Mincheol.

Seongju is angry because his mom doesn't buy the newest game item for him. He asks for a gift card for his upcoming birthday instead, but the answer is still no. But he sees a man in front of the ATM dropping a ten thousand won bill, distracted by a phone call. Seongju calls him from behind, but the man just walks away. Seongju doesn't even dream of doing anything with the money, but he changes his mind when he goes into the corner store and sees the gift card. He pays with the ten thousand won bill that he picked up, takes the gift card, and leaves the store. Suddenly, the gift card gets bigger and bigger and swallows Seongju.

Boyeong is to meet her mom outside the private academy after school. Because she has some time left, she goes into the corner store and buys a bag of gummy worms. But when she steps out, she sees heavy rain pouring down. She debates what to do, but then she spots an umbrella left on the umbrella stand. Boyeong grabs it, walks over to the academy, and waits for her mom. Suddenly, she hears someone yelling at her. "Don't block the entrance! Get out of the way!" The kid looks a little strange.

What magic will the children face as they each go through a conflict?

민철이와 성주, 보영이가 사는 동네에는 아주아주 신기한 편의점이 있습니다. 

민철이는 미니몬빵을 사려고 편의점을 세 군데나 돌아다녔습니다. 세 번이나 허탕을 치고 씁쓸하게 돌아가는 길, 미니몬빵을 들고 헤벌쭉해서 지나가는 아이가 눈에 들어옵니다. 민철이는 그 아이가 나온 편의점으로 뛰어들어 가 보지만, 줄은 길기만 합니다. 기다리다 지친 꼬마가 잠시 한눈을 파는 사이 민철이는 얼른 새치기를 해서 마지막 미니몬빵을 손에 넣습니다. 그런데 미니몬빵을 가방에 고이 모셔 두고 같이 산 오란다를 입에 넣는 순간, ’오도독‘이 아니라 ’오도둑‘ 소리가 들립니다. 오도둑? 오, 도둑? 오, 도둑! 소리는 점점 커지며 민철이를 쫓아오는데…….

성주는 엄마가 새로 나온 게임 아이템을 안 사 주겠다고 하는 바람에 잔뜩 화가 났습니다. 그럼 돌아오는 생일에 기프트 카드를 사 달라고 했더니 그것도 안 된다고 합니다. 그때 편의점 앞 현금 인출기에서 돈을 뽑던 아저씨가 전화를 받느라 만 원짜리 한 장을 흘리고 갑니다. 성주는 아저씨를 불러 보지만, 아저씨는 총총히 멀어질 뿐입니다. 그때까지만 해도 만 원을 어떻게 해 볼 마음은 꿈에도 없었습니다. 하지만 편의점에 들어가 기프트 카드를 보는 순간 마음이 달라지지요. 주운 돈 만 원을 건네고 기프트 카드를 받아서 편의점을 나서는 순간, 카드가 쑥쑥쑥 커지더니 성주를 꿀꺽 삼키는데…….

하굣길에 엄마랑 학원 앞에서 만나기로 한 날, 보영이는 시간이 남은 김에 편의점에 들러 왕꿈틀이를 삽니다. 그런데 편의점 문을 나서자마자 장대비가 쏟아지는 게 아니겠어요. 그냥 뛰어가야 하나 고민하던 보영이 눈에 우산꽂이에 꽂힌 우산 하나가 들어옵니다. 보영이는 우산을 집어 들고 학원 앞으로 가서 엄마를 기다립니다. 그런데 “입구를 막고 서 있으면 어떡해! 저리 비켜!” 하고 보영이에게 핀잔을 주는 아이의 얼굴이 좀 이상합니다.

잠시 마음의 중심이 흔들린 세 친구는 과연 어떤 마법을 만나게 될까요?
