Shim ChaSeop
(English) He debuted as a cartoonist in 1992 after winning the silver prize at the 2nd Seoul International Cartoon Festival. He has won various awards including the bronze prize at the 3rd Seoul International Cartoon Festival in 1993, the grand prize at the Unitele Cyber Cartoon Contest in 1998, and the bronze prize at the Seoul Cultural Publisher's Rookie Cartoon Contest in 1998. He is still actively working as a cartoonist. His representative works include "Shim Cha-seop's Cartoon Say", "Doogi, Let's Play Together", "Cartoon Phil", and "Various Stories".
