In the ninth year of studying abroad in the United States, Jong-su is essentially told by a graduate school professor to leave the school. Facing the worst predicament of his life in 28 years of nothing but smooth sailing, Jong-su returns home and finds solace at the bottom of a bottle. He then stumbles upon a strange locked desk drawer. After breaking open the drawer with a hammer, he finds a wedding invitation. The invitation is from Su-yeong, his first love. After having forgotten that he even received it, the invitation leads Jong-su down a path of rediscovering his old memories.

Son Bo-mi
Son Bo-mi was born in Seoul in 1980. She has written her first story collection Lindy Hop for Them. Son received the grand prize at the Munhakdongne Young Author Awards in 2012, the Young Author Award from 2013 to 2015, the 46th Hankook Ilbo Literary Award, and the 21st Kim Jun-seong Literary Award.
