(English) The Confusion of Being an Adult

This is a cognitive science report organized by the author while training himself to get out of the swamp of 'confusion' he encountered after experiencing lethargy and resistance.The author presented a three-volume 'problem series' to the reader in search of a way of self-salvation to get out of these problems while experiencing the 84,000 human anguish as lethargy, resistance, and confusion.

This is the third book dealing with the problem of the mind, following 《The problem is lethargy》 and 《The problem is resistance》. As humans grow into adults, they are governed by the natural law of ‘increase in entropy’ and are bound to face chaos. This book contains a cognitive science method to escape from this, evolve, and live happily as your true self.

这是作者为了摆脱经历无力和抵抗后遇到的"混乱"沼泽,自己训练整理的认知科学报告书。 作者体验了人类的8万4000种烦恼表现为无力、抵抗、混乱,作为能够摆脱这些问题的自我救赎的方法,向读者推出了3本《问题系列》。

《问题是软弱无力》这是继《问题在于抵抗力》之后，第三本讲述心理问题的书。 人类成长为大人后,必然会被"熵增加"的自然法则所支配,面临混乱。 这本书中包含了摆脱这里,进化,以真正的自己面貌幸福生活的认知科学方法。
