Mr. Otter, an employee at the Fuzz Post Office, writes books secretly. One day, Ms. Hippo reads Mr. Otter's manuscript and, because it is fun to read, encourages him to send it to a publisher. Excited, Mr. Otter sends his manuscripts to publishing companies, but all of the publishing companies send him a letter refusing to publish his books. Mr. Otter becomes very discouraged and decides to quit writing. However, thanks to a funny story that pops into his mind, he decides to resume writing and sends his new manuscript to another publishing company. What response will Mr. Otter receive from this publishing company? Will Mr. Otter make his dream come true and become a writer?
