From the author of Easy Fun Korean Penmanship, which teaches Hangul and simple Korean conversation, comes Easy and Fun Korean Recipes, a textbook that teaches Korean through cooking, created when the author considered how to make Korean learning more entertaining. It specially includes YouTube videos of the author personally cooking, to which readers can refer along with the textbook in order to make it easier to try cooking the 40 Korean dishes within. Dishes and snacks frequently eaten by Korean people are organized by 6 different ingredients (kimchi, rice, eggs/tofu, meat, seafood, etc.), and while learning how to cook Korean food, readers can also learn vocabulary related to simple ingredients and expressions, and even practice conversation. Yun Ji-yu
(English) Yun Ji-yu received her Ph.D. in Korean Language Education as a Foreign Language from Inha University, and served as a Korean language instructor in the School of International Studies, Songkhla University, Thailand. She is currently an adjunct professor of Korean language education at the Graduate School of Education, Inha University. Her books include 『A Study on Korean Teaching-Learning Methods Using Cooperative Interaction』 and 『Easy & Fun Korean Penmanship』.
(Vietnamese) Tác giả Yoon Ji-Yoo sau khi nhận bằng Tiến sĩ về Giáo dục Ngôn ngữ Hàn Quốc với tư cách là môn ngoại ngữ tại Đại học Inha, đã trở thành giảng viên tiếng Hàn tại Đại học Songkla, Thái Lan. Hiện tại, tác giả đang làm giáo sư kiêm nhiệm đào tạo ngôn ngữ Hàn Quốc tại Khoa Giáo dục Sau đại học, Đại học Inha. Các tác phẩm của bao gồm "Easy & Fun Hàn Quốc Penmanship" và "Nghiên cứu phương pháp giảng dạy tiếng Hàn sử dụng tương tác hợp tác".
(Japanese) 著者ユン・ジユは、仁荷大学外国語としての韓国語教育博士の学位を取得し、タイのソンクラー大学国際学部韓国語講師職を歴任した。現在、仁荷大学教育大学院の外国語としての韓国語教育兼任教授として在職中だ。著書には『協同的相互作用を活用した韓国語教授-学習方法研究』、『Easy & Fun Korean Penmanship』がある。
(Indonesian) Penulis memperoleh gelar Doktor dalam bidang Pendidikan Bahasa Korea Bagi Penutur Asing di Universitas Inha dan pernah menjabat sebagai dosen Bahasa Korea di Fakultas Studi Internasional Universitas Songkla di Thailand. Saat ini menjabat sebagai profesor luar biasa untuk Pendidikan Bahasa Korea Bagi Penutur Asing di Sekolah Pascasarjana Pendidikan Universitas Inha. Karya tulisnya adalah 『Kajian Metode Pembelajaran - Mengajar Bahasa Korea Menggunakan Interaksi Kooperatif』 dan 『Easy & Fun Korean Penmanship』.
