When we’re depressed, get a headache, can’t sleep, are short of breath, have a tight chest, and can’t escape negative emotions and thoughts, when we feel like we’re being sucked away by something we don’t understand and it brings all kinds of discomfort to our body, we turn to a neuropsychiatrist. I write this in thinking of those who are currently in psychiatric treatment or about to be, and it brings to mind old, unwavering lessons.
“Your future is your responsibility.”
It is sometimes necessary to be desensitized to pain and anxiety, but for a more sustainable and preferable happiness, you need courage, resilience, and stamina to take on the goals and challenges of life.
This book has been organized for you to understand the causes of the limitations of psychiatric drug treatments, the comprehension of the human mind, and fundamental treatments of neuropsychiatric illnesses. In addition, it will also suggest ways to strengthen your mental power and judgment on your own.
