About the Author

Seong-Hee Son



(English) Food director working in various fields. She graduated from the Department of Home affairs at Duksung Women's University and majored in traditional food culture at Sookmyung Women's University's Graduate School of Traditional Culture and Arts. She served as the team leader of La Cuisine Cooking Academy and worked as a lecturer at Jeonju University, Baehwa Women's University, and Dongguk University. She developed menus for concept restaurants and cafes with food service companies such as CJ, Nongshim, and SPC, and appeared in various media such as SBS How to Eat and Live Well, EBS's Best Cooking Secret, and Naver Kitchen. Her books include 『Happy Gift Cooking』, 『Korea's Representative Home Cooking Recipe』, and 『Four Seasons Saving Meals』.

 

(Vietnamese) Một giám đốc ẩm thực hoạt động trong nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau. Tác giả đã theo học chuyên ngành văn hóa ẩm thực truyền thống tại Khoa Văn hóa Nghệ thuật truyền thống của Đại học Sookmyung sau khi tốt nghiệp khoa gia đình của Đại học Duksung. Tác giả từng là trưởng nhóm của Lacuisine Academy và cũng từng là giảng viên tại Đại học Jeonju, Đại học Baehwa và Đại học Dongguk.
