It is dad's rare day off today. The child goes to school and the dad sleeps late into the morning. Even at school, the child only thinks about his dad. He worries that his dad might have drank milk that went bad and that his dad might be bored alone. As soon as school is over, the child hurriedly goes home. He is suddenly curious. Does my dad think about me? Daddy's Day off is a picture book that tells a heartwarming, pleasant story about the mind of a child who wants to play with his dad and the mind of his father who is waiting for the child. It won an award at the 4th Full of Imagination Picture Book Exhibition that was co-hosted by NAVER GRAFOLIO and Wow Book Culture & Art Center in 2019 and was chosen for 2020 Bookstart. This is the first picture book by art director Chayada.
