Overview

A man becomes a manager of a thrift store for the gods and reveals the stories behind the stories that the myth could not tell.

Book Intro

Yoo Gwan Jong, who dreamed of being a hero but ended up being a purveyor of secondhand goods , one day receives a strange visitor. Without any explanation, the visitor asks Yoo to tell him if the article he has brought is genuine or fake. Yoo, who is very  knowledgeable about myths and history, is easily able to tell whether the article in question is the real deal. Impressed by Yoo's knowledge, the visitor reveals his identity: he is Prometheus. Prometheus? The god that appears in so many myths of yore?

Giving Yoo no time to think about the visitor's identity, Prometheus suddenly asks, "Are you interested in getting a new job?" and suggests Yoo become the manager of a thrift store for the gods.

A managerial position in a thrift store where Baldr, Aphrodite, and even Michael the archangel trade their secondhand goods.

'Is this real?'

A humane story of mythic gods.

The stories behind the stories that the myths could not tell.

And the story of Yoo's growth in the mythic drama.
