However, oil has also made us shed tears, destroying our environment while killing and harming many people. 20 years from now, we may have to live in a world without oil! Kim Sung ho
(English) While working as a derivatives dealer at a financial institute, it suddenly hit Kim Seongho that writing was his calling, so he dived into the publishing industry. Rote learning for the university entrance examination was at its peak when he was a student. Field training was out of the question, asking questions irrelevant to examinations in science or world history class was impossible and even if questions were asked, the teachers never answered. As a result, science and world history became his most hated subjects. He felt sorry about this for a long time and that's why he started to write a text like this. He started writing children’s books and has been working as a children’s book writer so far. The books written by Kim include Flower of Wind and Sun, Salt, Uncomfortable Truth About Faith, Religion, Ballot, Power of a Piece of Paper, and Two-Faced Energy: Nuclear Power Energy.

Lee Kyung-kook
(Vietnamese) Tác giả minh họa Lee Kyung-kook được lựa chọn là họa sĩ tranh minh họa của năm tại hội sách thiếu nhi quốc tế Italia Bologna năm 2008. Hiện nay tác giả đang dạy vẽ truyện tranh tại trường học truyện tranh Hankyoreh. Một số tác phẩm tiêu biểu của tác giả như “Bí mật của ngôi làng đậu tương”, “Sam ngốc nghếch”, “Nhà vô dịch cá cơm”, “Làm tốt lắm”, “Sống như một tác giả truyện tranh bình thường”, “Cửa hàng tiện lợi người ngoài hành tinh”.
(English) Lee Kyung-kook (M) majored in Furniture Design at Hongik University and studied Graphic Design at the graduate school of the same university. He teaches students who love picture books at Hankyoreh Picture Book Academy while working as a children's book writer. He received the New Writer Award at the Korea Publishing Illustration Association (KPIA) in 1994, and was selected as Illustrator of the Year at the 2008 Bologna Children's Book Fair. To date, Lee has illustrated The Wriggling Book; The Goblin Wriggles; and The Hidden Power, Media.
