The book contributes to the globalization of Korean food by introducing Korean food and Korean food culture in two languages, English and Korean. It also helps Korean Americans and second gene ration Koreans, as well as foreigners, understand Korean culture and make Korean food easily.
The book introduces 120 recipes that are commonly enjoyed by Koreans with elaborate pictures and detailed recipes.
