Cat's paw available for rent. Seriously.
There's an old Japanese proverb that says, "I'd like to borrow a cat's paw during planting season", which means that any help is appreciated at a particularly busy time. In Cat's Paw to the Rescue, an actual cat humorously lends its paw to help exhausted mothers in their daily lives. Readers won't be able to stop themselves from wondering, "What if a cat could really help with my housework?" What if a cat could clean the dishes with its tongue, dust the house with its tail, and make rice balls with its furry paws? Just this idea alone is enough to visualize how fun it would be to have a cat giving its helping paw around the house.
We all have a soft spot for hard-working mothers, especially if the father isn't keen to help out with chores. The cat in Cat's Paw to the Rescue allows readers to view the situation in a heartfelt manner. The mother is able to get much-needed rest thanks to the cat, and she finds herself in an unexpected turn of events as a result. This illustrated book, born of novel imagination based on a sad reality, will immerse readers in a world of playful curiosity.
