Book Intro

(English) You Can Age Slowly: Keeping Your Body Young While the Years Pass

- A health book that tells you about the four factors that slow down aging and lifestyle

The author, a specialist in geriatric internal medicine at Asan Medical Center in Seoul, is an aging biologist who obtained a doctorate in medical science from KAIST. The author says that a convenient living environment is encouraging accelerated aging. In order to solve this, the author tells about his own 4M health rules. (‘Mobility’ that restores bodily functions, ‘Health of Mind’ that enhances cognitive resilience, ‘Health and Disease’ that corrects misunderstood facts about health, and ‘Things that are important to me’ that prevent social isolation)
