The novel illustrates the process of Hye-su, a high-school girl who is a novice shaman, and
Hae-su, a youthful angel of death, is connected as a shaman and a gallant deity to overcome hardships and challenges together.
Hae-su Jung is an angel of death who has guided spirits to the afterlife for over 700 years. On that day, he was also trying to catch a spirit that rejected going to the afterlife and was running away when he gets caught up in an invocatory rite and becomes the gallant deity of a high-school shaman girl, Hye-su Kang. Since it is an unprecedented event for an angel of death to become a gallant deity, veteran Hae-su Jung is also distressed. Besides, the shaman is an immature high-school girl.

Một cuốn tiểu thuyết của Lim Jeong-yeon, tác giả đã bước vào giới văn học từ mục Văn nghệ tân xuân của tạp chí Seoul vào năm 2003 và năm ngoái đã cho xuất bản tác phẩm 『Địa ngục! Muôn năm!』 . Hyesu, một nữ sinh trung học, và Haesu, một thần chết trẻ tuổi, kết nối với nhau qua một pháp sư và cái tủ giày, cùng nhau vượt qua những khó khăn và gian khổ. Với bối cảnh thú vị và khá dễ đọc, cuốn tiểu thuyết có nhịp độ nhanh, mang đến cho người đọc cảm giác thích thú khó quên không thể rời mắt nếu đã đọc qua. Tuy nhiên, ý nghĩa của cuốn tiểu thuyết này không chỉ dừng lại ở việc đem lại niềm vui. Haesu, người làm công việc như một thần chết, dẫn dắt những người đã kết thúc cuộc sống ở kiếp này sang thế giới bên kia. Cuốn tiểu thuyết âm thầm truyền đi ý nghĩa về cuộc sống, đó là người chết đi đưỡng nhiên sẽ tiếc nuối những gì để lại nhưng cuộc đời là hữu hạn và đến một lúc nào đó ngày vẫn phải đón nhận sự kết thúc.

Lim jung yeon
(English) She made her debut after she was elected to the Seoul Newspaper’s New Spring Literature in 2003. She wrote as being funded by the first Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture Literature Creation Fund, Arco Creation Fund, and the Arts Council Korea Creation Fund.
Her books include short stories 『Side Dish, My Life』, 『Out』, 『Fire』 and novels 『Do It!』, 『Run, Run, Run』, 『Fairy Land』, and 『Hurrah for Hell』.
(Japanese) 2003年ソウル新聞新春文芸に入選しデビュー。第1回ソウル文化財団文学創作基金、アルコ創作基金などを受賞し、執筆活動を行う。著書に短編集『ツキダシ私の人生』、『アウト』、『火』と長編小説『叫べ！』、『ランランラン』、『フェアリーランド』、文学分かち合い図書に選ばれた『地獄万歳』、フランスに版権が輸出された『ヘス、ヘス1-魂の捕食者』などがある。
(Vietnamese) Năm 2003, tác giả xuất hiện lần đầu khi giành được Giải thưởng Văn học tân xuân của Seoul Shinmun. Tác giả đã nhận được Quỹ Sáng tác Văn học của Quỹ Văn hóa Seoul lần thứ nhất, Quỹ Sáng tác Arko và Quỹ Sáng tạo của Ủy ban Văn hóa và Nghệ thuật Hàn Quốc và sử dụng để viết bài. Ấn phẩm đã xuất bản bao gồm tuyển tập truyện ngắn 『Tsukidachi của đời tôi』, 『Out』, 『Lửa』 và các tiểu thuyết 『Call!』, 『Run Run Run』, 『Fairy Land』 và 『Địa ngục vạn tuếl』.
(French) J'ai débuté en 2003 en remportant au Concours littéraire du printemps des journaux Séoul. J'ai écrit tout en recevant par le Fonds de création littéraire de la première Fondation Culturelle de Séoul, le Fonds de création Arko et le Fonds de création du Comité culturel coréen etc. Il y a mes ouvrages : les recueils de nouvelles, "Seukkidasi, ma vie", "Out", "Le feu" et les grands romans, "Crie!", "Cours, cours, cours", "Terre des fées", puis "Vivre l'enfer" sélectionné comme le livre de partage de littérature et les séries "Hae-su, Hé-su" qui a été exporté pour la France et le Viêt-nam.
