Have you picked a persimmon under a persimmon tree on a hill? When you break the twig of a persimmon tree, the tender and sweet persimmon falls down out of it. The child who used to pick up the persimmon under the persimmon tree has now grown into a mother and an author - but she is still pacing around under the persimmon tree.
An Hyorim, the author who made us smile with the soft and vigorous illustrations drawn with the pastel in her first picture book, Who Are You?, has brought us this time a softer and warmer autumn. Autumn is this picture book itself.

(English) The waves come ceaselessly in various shapes
while we look elsewhere, while we are tired of waiting, and while we forget expecting them to come.

(French) Elle a appris les métiers du Bois à l’université, et puis elle a travaillé en tant que décoratrice dans les grands magasins. Maintenant, elle fait des livres illustrés avec son enfant. 《Qui es-tu》 et 《Quand l’arbre à kaki m’appelle》 sont les fruits de sa forêt de Toto. Voilà le troisième fruit 《Arbre toto》.
