Overview

A picture book that shows that homes and neighbors can be found just about anywhere, sometimes where you least expect them.

Book Intro

Going for a walk is the same as visiting the homes of small friends! Say hello to small neighbors!

There are still many homes remaining to visit. There is an encounter with a ladybug using a curly dock as a slide, and there is concern that the wings of a tiger swallowtail butterfly that made its home on a daisy fleabane will become wet. Care needs to be taken when passing by the home of a banana spider that made its magnificent home on a cherry tree and is waiting for its food.

You are invited to look for the homes of small friends. It would be good to name the grass and small forms of life.

OUR HOME is a picture book that shows that there are homes in places that cannot be seen while taking a walk to find the homes of small neighbors.

About the Author

Song Hyunjoo

(English) When I take a walk with a child, the child is always very good at finding things I have never seen before. They feel so happy at just one tiny ant, one bee eagerly gathering pollen, one wriggly caterpillar, or one small common flower blooming by the road.
