(English) The Secret of Haeori Sea
A creative fairy tale about ocean environmental issues, "Nio and Shinji's Underwater Adventure"! Nio, a boy who loves nature and peace, and Shinji, a curious girl, encounter various complex characters such as Alacha, a sandfish who protects the sea, a stingray that has become a monster by eating human trash, and a sea ghost. Through these characters, the story vividly conveys the polluted state of the ocean. One day, Nio and Shinji go night fishing and get swept away by a storm along with a school of mackerel. They end up diving deep into the sea, where they meet Alacha. Alacha tells them that many marine creatures have died or turned into sea monsters by eating the trash that humans have thrown away. The once peaceful ocean, now turned into a hellish place by poisonous jellyfish, is no longer calm or serene like it used to be seen from the land.

Toàn bộ rác thải được thải ra trên đất liền sẽ đi đâu? Đây là cuốn truyện thiếu nhi theo lối truyện cổ tích kể về các vấn đề môi trường biển, mô tả cuộc phiêu lưu của Nio và Shinji trên biển. Cuốn truyện truyền tải một cách sinh động hình ảnh đại dương bị ô nhiễm thông qua các nhân vật mang tính lập thể và đa dạng, gồm có “Nio” – cậu bé yêu thiên nhiên và hoà bình, “Shinji” – cậu bé nghịn ngợm và hay tò mò, “Alacha” – một con cá mái chèo bảo vệ đại dương, con cá đuối và quái vật biển trở thành quái vật khi ăn rác thải do con người vứt bỏ. Rác thải bị vứt bỏ tuỳ tiện từ đất liền trôi dạt ra biển, nên đại dương bị ô nhiêm, ngập trim trong mùi hôi thối và những đống rác khổng lồ. Nếu tình trạng ô nhiễm này tiếp diễn, Nio và Shinji cũng có thể gặp phải những con quái vật biển giống như Diệc biển đã trải qua. Hy vọng rằng thế giới mà tất cả sự sống trên đất liền và dưới đại dương đều có thể nở nụ cười vui khoẻ mạnh.

Her marine adventure fantasy fairy tale, 'The Secret of the Sea Urchin Sea,' is loved by many children. Her published works include 'Gorilla 1, Gorilla 2, and Human,' and 'Brown Sugar.' She loves the ocean and enjoys walking. She spends a lot of time writing whimsical and fun fairy tales while walking on old paths.
(Japanese) 幼い頃は海の冒険家を夢見ていました。夢と希望、そして励ましになる多様な文章を書いています。海洋冒険ファンタジー童話『ゴイサギ海の秘密』で多くの子供たちから愛されています。発表した作品に『ゴリラ1ゴリラ2そして人』、『角砂糖』があります。海が好きで散歩するのが好きです。昔の道を歩き、奇妙で面白い童話を書くため多くの時間を投入しています。
(Vietnamese) Khi còn nhỏ, tác giả muốn trở thành một nhà thám hiểm biển. Tác giả viết nhiều bài văn đa dạng truyền tải những ước mơ và hy vọng, những cuộc phiêu lưu và niềm an ủi. Tác phẩm được nhiều trẻ em yêu thích là câu chuyện cổ tích viễn tưởng phiêu lưu trên biển 『Bí mật của biển Haeori』. Các tác phẩm đã xuất bản bao gồm 「Gorilla 1 Gorilla 2 và con người」 và 「Cục đường」. Tác giả thích biển và thích đi bộ, cũng như dành nhiều thời gian để đi trên con đường cũ và viết những câu chuyện cổ tích kỳ quái và hài hước.
(French) Quand j'étais petite, je voulais devenir exploratrice dans la mer. J'écris une variété d'articles pour transmettre des rêves et des espoirs, des aventures et des réconforts. Je suis aimée par de nombreux enfants par un conte de fées fantastique d'aventure marine "Le secret de la mer de Haeori". Il y a mes oeuvres "Le gorille 1, le gorille 2 et l'homme" et "Le sucre en morceaux".
J'aime la mer et marcher. En marchant sur de vieilles routes, je passe beaucoup de temps à écrire des contes de fées singuliers et drôles.

(English) It’s been ten years since my books, What the Mouth Said to the Poop Hole and The New Groom Snake were published. I illustrated the picture books The Mountain Is Alive (2020) and The Hungry Yellow Stingray (2020). Doing children’s book illustration is something I enjoy in addition to my own artwork for it allows me to endlessly dream and imagine a new world.
(French) Il est un peintre et écrivain de livres jeunesse. Il a remporté le 14e prix Gobelin en or Biryongso pour son livre jeunesse De bouche au cul. Il publie Le nouveau marié et son troisième livre illustré La montagne est vivante pour la journée de l'environnement en 2020.
