Overview

This is a psychological book about researching "me" before searching for a career path.

Book Intro

Knowing yourself first is most important when worrying over your identity, career, happiness and relationships because it's the first thing you need to do to live your life as the protagonist. This book teaches teenage readers how important it is to know about yourself using psychological research results and detailed examples.

This book guides readers to write out in sentences their regular thoughts and feelings, who they are, how they want to live and what their long-term goals are. It gives them the chance to check whether they are mistakenly thinking what others want as their lives or their own thoughts.

This book recommends readers to carefully read through the sentences they wrote when they are faced with difficulties or when they don't know what to choose. This alone will enable them to see what advantages they have and find their own paths while keeping their eyes on the target.
