5 minutes a day, the time it takes tell a story and have a conversation. A child can fall asleep surrounded by the love of mom and dad.
Reading a book to a child every night is usually a happy occasion, but occasionally it can be painful. While the parent would love to put the child to sleep, the child rushes from bed looking for a storybook. Any parent knows the benefits of reading to a child, which include teaching values, ensuring emotional stability and stimulating the imagination, so most try to take the opportunity as often as possible. But reading a book everyday is no easy task.
So to help parents efficiently utilize book-reading time before sleep, the writer has prepared 49 stories that can be told in five minutes or less and include drawings that trigger the imaginations of children - all in one book. With stories from the Talmud, Greek mythology, traditional fairy tales, to folk stories from around the world, episodes of historical figures and heartwarming real-life narrative, this book contains just the right stories for parents to read to their children, told with a twist in the writer's unique, engaging and heartwarming prose. Now you can stop worrying and arguing about which book to read to your child every night. Good Night Stories in 5 Minutes a Day will be the one book that will make reading time before bed a time of happiness.
