Overview

This book introduces a childcare method for sleep that improves emotional well-being. It is based on 20 years of counseling from Korea's best child counselor, professor Yi Yeoung-ae.

Book Intro

Have you tried focusing on your child for just 15 minutes a day?

Sleeping childcare embodying the 20-year experience of professor Yi Yeoungae, Korea's best child counselor as selected by EBS' Childcare School Pin

A child who struggles in everything needs a mother who can look after his or her emotional needs and sympathize with the things he or she was not able to do well during the day. But a mother who has a full-time job does not have the leisure to invest her time fully in her child because of the chores and work she has to take care of. Only after the child falls asleep does the mother realize that she spent the day trying to teach, control and scold her child. But there is no need to worry. It does not take too much time to provide a child with enough attention to satisfy their need for a mother's love - just 15 minutes before sleep. Spending the most comfortable time of the day with one's mother allows the child to grow up with the sense of being loved and into an emotionally stable adult.
