There is a cat living with a painter. While the painter is drawing, the cat licks the paints. The blue paint turns the cat into fresh leaves. The yellow paint turns it into a yellow butterfly. The red paint turns it into a red flower in full bloom.
Immersed in his work, the painter is bothered and annoyed by the cat licking at the paints by his side. So he tries to shoo the cat away, saying "Stop it. Go away!" The cat is just fond of paints and paintings. After thinking about it for a little while, the cat takes action!
The cat softly walks across the drawing paper, leaving its footprints all over it.
What will that do to the painting?
"Oh no, my painting!"
The painter gets very upset about what's happened. He turns purple with anger! Look at his face. But, hang on! Looking closely at his painting, his face lights up again. What is going on?
"This looks brilliant!"
"Good job!"
Pleased, the painter strokes the cat. The cat now brims with confidence.
As you may have guessed from the title, A Painter and a Cat, the cat is a painter too. Instead of just licking at the paints next to the painter, the cat has created its own painting. Let us find out how good a painter the cat is.
