Lee Jiyoo
(English) Lee Jiyoo studied earth science education and astronomy at Seoul National University and science education for gifted in her later years. Lee enjoys combining natural phenomenon or scientific knowledge with stories. Believing that everything has its own story, Lee keeps trying to communicate with everything. These days, she is fascinated by jazz piano and strives to listen to its story.Books authored by Lee Jiyoo include Mrs. Falling Star's Story of the Outer Space, Mrs. Falling Star's Story of Dinosaurs, People who Shoot Stars, Crisscrossing the Outer Space, Welcome to the Observatory!, and My Name is Flytrap.
(Japanese) ソウル大学校地球科教育科を卒業後、同校大学院天文学科で学び、公州大学校大学院科学英才教育学科で修士号を取得。子どもと青少年が科学の本を読んで「発見の喜び」を感じられるように、文を書き、絵を描く仕事を楽しんでいる。良い本を探して韓国語に翻訳することもよくする。
(Vietnamese) Tốt nghiệp khoa Giáo dục khoa học địa cầu tại Đại học Quốc gia Seoul, học chuyên ngành thiên văn học hệ cao học đại học Quốc gia Seoul, hoàn thành chương trình thạc sỹ ngành Giáo dục năng khiếu khoa học hệ cao học đại học Gongju. Đang sáng tác các tác phẩm truyện và truyện tranh với mong muốn trẻ em và thanh thiếu niên khi đọc sách khoa học có thể cảm nhận được 'niềm vui khám phá'. Ngoài ra còn dịch một vài cuốn sách hay sang tiếng Hàn.
Tác giả đang theo đuổi con đường viết sách khoa học với mong muốn đem đến niềm vui khi tìm đọc cho trẻ em, thanh thiếu niên và cả người lớn. Buku yang ia tulis, antara lain "Cerita sains yang diperdengarkan oleh tante bintang jatuh", "Anak 10 tahun yang tahu sedikit tentang teori Bigbang!", "Penguin pun aslinya berkaki jenjang!".
