Overview

This book contains the secret to brand success in the Red Ocean.

Book Intro

This book contains the secret to Starbucks Coffee Korea's business management strategy. It also explores the process of realizing a first-class service to match a first-class brand, from drawing up a land development plan to open 1,000 stores to pioneering drive-thru service in a country where the concept was completely foreign, utilizing Korean beauty and tradition in interior design, creating menu items that consider Korean tastes, and developing the O2O Siren Order service. Of particular note is the way in which Starbucks Coffee Korea treats more than 10,000 partners as their neighbors and first customers, as well as the company's various employee benefits and horizontal organizational culture.
