Overview

The hands, which are the busiest one in a day, have finally become main characters! The picture book by hands and for hands

Book Intro

Dear My Left Hand

Where would be the busiest parts of our body in a day? For sure, it depends on people, but they might be ‘hands’, which do the most tasks in our daily life. All day long, we use our five fingers in our hands almost all the time. In this book, the ‘hand’, which used to be part of the main characters, now becomes the main character itself. This book, titled ‘To My Left Hand’, is a picture book, showing the movements of hands from the first page to the last one.

The left hand and the right hand….. Hands are the familiar parts of our body that everyone can easily sympathize with. The writer of this book talks about all kinds of relationships by using ‘hands’ as the main character. Some people are close to each other while sticking together all the time. However, they don’t really talk to each other about how they honestly feel, and finally become estranged. Others discuss whose fault in arguments and keep misunderstanding each other. If this book reminds you of someone you have these kinds of relationships with, let’s keep them in mind and open the first page. Of course, it is our hand that opens the page of this book.
