Jeon Jeongsook
Jeon Jeongsook studied Korean Literature in college and now writes and creates books. She is the host of the podcast, "Picture Book Ttattatta" and the co-president of the creative group, "Anakttol."
Ddalgi, who was adopted at three months old, lost her playfulness and charm after giving birth to Byori. She also started to take a step back whenever "the other dog," Byori, did anything to draw the owner’s love for itself. But she still continues to follow her owner and love her baby, Byori. Moved by this sense of dedication shown by Ddalgi, Jeon tried her best to capture it in this picture book. She hopes that readers of this book will think about the true meaning of humans and animals living together.Jiyoung Kim
