ソウル大学の学生から絶賛された名講義を集めました。ニュースでよく報道されていて、私たちにとって大事なことでありながらも、実際は誰に聞けばいいのかわからないテーマ。これらのテーマをソウル大学の現役教授たちが学生と共有し、まとめてシリーズ化しました。
本書は、ソウル大学医学部の法医学クラスの教授であり、『それが知りたい』(テレビ番組)で諮問を担当しているユ・ソンホ教授の教養講義をもとにした本である。法医学者の視点から見た「死」とはどのようなものなのか、様々な事例と経験を紹介し、曖昧で恐れるだけだった死に対する新しい認識を提示する。

Yoo Seongho
(English) Yoo Seongho, professor of medicine and forensic scientist, faces death every day. He studies various issues related to death, including personal death, the effects of death on society and perceptions of death. In this book, the author raises the value of life by suggesting different perspectives on death along with his extensive experience.
He has provided consulting on forensics in various TV shows and lectured on the topic of "Learning from the Dead." He currently writes columns on real-life incidents in the nonfiction section of Mysteria, or crime mystery quarterly.
