Book Intro

Forties, Break Up As If You Will Meet Again

- The art of relationships that lead to a succesful life and career

Cho Woosung, author of the One Joy Overcomes a Thousand Sorrows 1, 2 series, the work that served as inspiration for Extraordinary Attorney Woo, and A Leader Goes Through One Hundred Battles a Day, lays out the best tips on how to build successful relationships both at home and at the workplace. Even in our forties, relationships continue to remain a challenge. In fact, many of us feel exhausted and skeptical over the relationships we have in our lives and question how best to engage in these relationships, and with whom. This book doesn't preach that relationships are forever or that we must strive to become best friends with everyone.

Instead, the book offers readers techniques on how to let go of relationships that have run their course and say goodbye to those we must bid farewell to while working on building stronger, more formidable relationships with the ones who are important in our lives. The author pulls from his experiences as an attorney-at-law as well as from humanities classics, management textbooks, and self-help books to offer wisdom to readers who, despite getting on in years, still find relationships difficult and challenging.
