Strangely enough, his hands are tied behind his back. The detectives who see this immediately realize it is similar to the method used in a notorious serial murder case 10 years ago. One of the sharper detectives figures out that the knot around the wrists was tied in a slightly different manner than the knot 10 years ago. Is the nightmare of serial killing starting all over again? Or is this the work of a copycat? Right around then, detective Dooil receives a phone call. The caller says, “It seems like you were in an awful rush? Copying all my moves.” This novel is a thriller chasing after a serial murderer with realistic drama, but not without comedic elements thanks to its characters who are not exactly quick or witty. Uncle Chulsoo was the winner of the story category of the Korea Contents Awards.

"어지간히 급하셨나보요? 제 흉내를 다 내시고?" 연쇄살인범의 뒤를 캐며 수사망을 좁혀가는 스릴러, 어딘지 모자라서 더 눈길 가는 캐릭터의 코미디, 삐걱거리면서도 어찌어찌 굴러가는 현실적인 드라마 요소가 버무려진 소설로, '대한민국 콘텐츠 대상 스토리 부문'을 수상했다.
