Choi Jaecheon
(English) Pioneering the popularization of science, Choi Jaecheon is a chair-professor of the Eco Science Department at Ewha Women’s University. Besides research, Choi gives lectures at civic groups, schools, and research centers and makes efforts to brings science to the public on TV or through writing. Along with being selected as the Young Scientist of the Year by the Entomological Society of America (1989), Choi has won the International Environment Award, the Women’s Movement of The Year Award, and a medal from the Order of Science and Technology of Korea. He has served as an editor of six international academic journals, including Evolutionary Psychology. His works include Discovery of an Art Empire, Anything with Life is Beautiful, Double Crop Your Life and Darwinian Intelligence.
(Vietnamese) Tốt nghiệp Khoa Động vật học Đại học Quốc gia Seoul, nhận bằng thạc sĩ sinh thái học tại Đại học Bang Pennsylvania và bằng tiến sĩ sinh học tại Đại học Harvard. Là một nhà động vật học nổi tiếng thế giới, được gọi là “Tiến sĩ kiến”, hiện đang là giáo sư dự án tại khoa Khoa học sinh thái của Đại học nữ Ewha. Từng là giám đốc đầu tiên của Viện Sinh thái Quốc gia.
(Indonesian) Penulis merupakan lulus S1 Seoul National University jurusan ilmu kehewanan. Ia kemudian melanjutkan S2 jurusan ekologi di University of Pennsylvania. Lalu, mengambil S3 jurusan biologi di Harvard University. Ia merupakan peneliti hewan kelas internasional dan juga sebagai "doktor semut" ia sekarang mengajar sebagai dosen terbang di Ewha Womans University. Sebelumnya ia pernah menjabat sebagai direktur dari pusat ekologi nasional. Sampai saat ini buku yang sudah ia tulis antara lain "apapun kalau ada nyawanya, semua indah", "manusia dan hewan karya Choi Jaechin", "Penemuan imperium semut"", kecerdasan multidisiplin", dll.
