"Three horned cow was bullied by others because the others have just two horns. He also

took on the hard work in the house. Three horned cow died due to an overload of work.

However, something surprising happened. Out of sudden millions of rice, weevils came

out and swallowed everything of the master who has been bullying the three-horned cow

and his house. Does extra horn matter? From the eyes of a hornless animal, it all may

look strange with horns. It's just a small difference if you take a step aside. The same

goes for humans. We build a wall and push somebody because they are different from us,

but it's not a big deal if you look carefully. Also, nothing is similar as we have different

faces, personalities, living. Maybe we all are three-horned cow instead of two-horned cow."

남들은 두 개인 뿔이 셋이나 달린 탓에 뿔 셋 달린 소는 다른 소들에게 따돌림을 당했어요. 집 안의 힘든 일도 도맡았지요. 고된 일에 시달린 끝에 뿔 셋 달린 소는 그만 목숨을 잃고 말았지요. 그런데 놀라운 일이 벌어졌어요. 지고 있던 쌀에서 바구미가 수 만 마리 생겨나더니 뿔 셋 달린 소를 괴롭히던 주인도, 주인네 집도 모두 집어 삼켜 버렸지요. 뿔 하나가 그렇게 큰 차이일까요? 뿔이 없는 동물의 눈에는 뿔이 둘이 있든, 셋이 있든, 하나가 모자라든 그저 이상하게 보일 텐데 말이에요. 한 걸음 물러서 보면 아주 작은 차이일 뿐이지요. 사람도 마찬가지랍니다. 나, 우리와 다르다고 해서 단단하게 벽을 세우고, 누군가를 밀어내지만 가만 살펴보면 별것 아닌 이유가 대부분이에요. 또 비슷비슷한 것 같아도 우리는 얼굴부터 성격, 살아가는 모습까지 제각각이지요. 어찌 보면 모두가 ‘뿔 둘 달린 소’가 아니라 ‘뿔 셋 달린 소’라고 할 수도 있어요.
