This picture book is refreshing and impressive by adopting the point of view of a dog named, Dong-Dong, to observe human society. The beginning source of the event is human, but the narrator leading and resolving issues in the story is animal, which makes this book more interesting and refreshing. And since this book is also different from the existing works of the writer, readers will feel quite unexpected. In addition, the illustrations of Choi, Mi Ran, who fully understands the characters and makes them look realistic and vivid, make the story more abundant. She has also carefully expressed the behaviors of the dog when Dong-Dong rubs his cheeks on foot of crying Da-Hong, when Dong-Dong finds out the smell of money with Da-Hong, and Dong-Dong strongly refuses to do about wrongdoings of Da-Hong. Therefore, readers will be able to be fascinated with this story. The characters of Da-Hong and Yeon-Doo are so attractive, and the friendship between the dog and humans is well presented in a funny and touching way.
