Haro always says, "I didn't hear what you said!" Each time his friends talk to him, he finds himself daydreaming or not paying close enough attention. Then later, when his friends get upset with him, Haro retorts back and blames them instead. As a result, he loses trust among his closest friends.
This book helps children learn the importance of listening well to others, which is so simple that we don't put much effort into it, with a creative, amazing story. Through this book, children can reflect on their own habits and hopefully have the chance to learn proper conversational etiquette. Kang Hyomi
(English) As a child, Kang Hyomi wanted to be a hero and save the planet. She couldn’t save the Earth and couldn’t be a hero, so she became a writer instead and writes stories about small heroes. She graduated from the Department of Creative Writing at Dongguk University, and has written books such as Common Siblings, Uncommon Diaries 1-3; Bbangidang vs. Guwoddeu; The End of Orangutan Humans; Champion of the Korean Language; A Cat’s Art Museum; My Neighborhood Laundry that Irons out Dreams; and the Chat Girl series.
Kim Sun Bai
The illustrator works to create illustrations that are exciting to behold and inspiring to think about, giving positive energy to those who look at them. Her illustrations include Gosurae: Sharing Food with Ghosts!, Red Lips Ear Swab, Shoot: Inventor Bomb, The Story of Hong Kil-dong, Jeong Yak-yong the Master of Nods, and The Mole Who Needed a Son-in-Law.
