The author acquired a Doctorate degree of Engineering with a focus on 'Mainstreaming Strategy of Block Chain and Cryptocurrency' from Yonsei University. He majored in Economics in Yonsei University and attained a Master's in Finance from Michigan State University and has been working in the ministry of economy and finance in Korea from 1990 until now. Took important roles in negotiation entering into Inter-American Develpment Bank, Korea-EU FTA Service Negotiation 2009, a co-chairman of a practical group in G20 International Financial System.
Now a mayor of economy in Ulsan City, the industrial core of Korea. Wrote Master piece's Economy, Economists on the court, Economist on a Table, Economic Youth, Digital Revolution 4.0 in One book, Those Times I love myself, The Wealth's Secret Weapon, IF.
