As a psychiatrist, the author has often faced patients suffering from psychiatric illnesses for a long time and came across many cases in which the patients did not understand their own conditions well or were unable to accept them. The causes and solutions of depression, panic disorder, burnout syndrome, and other diseases that people may readily run into in the complicated and uncertain modern society are addressed with a variety of metaphors, featuring all the essential information.
