Overview

A book containing 53 nuggets of gold about aging for people who are afraid of getting older.

Book Intro

In this book, the author, who's spent 50 years as a psychiatrist caring for patients and teaching students, conveys the wisdom of aging to those who struggle to understand how they should live. Despite completely losing vision in his left eye and suffering from seven different diseases, he was able to complete his studies at an online university college, not only as the oldest graduate at the age of 76 but also at the top of his class. He lives with three generations of his family under the same roof. This old scholar, who is enjoying old age more than just about anyone else, conveys the life insights he has learned during his 80-year life.
