This book contains the secrets of organizational management by Kwon Oh-hyun, the vice chairman of Samsung Electronics who helped shape the company into a world leader over the past decade. This book clearly lays out Samsung Electronics' super-gap strategy and the true nature of the leadership that Kwon exerted while creating and commanding the company’s organizational system.
In this book, Kwon reveals the best strategies to raise a company to a level that no one else can match- covering technology, organization, systems, processes, talent placement, and culture--based on four key keywords: leadership, organization, strategy, and talent.
