Kim developed Edelman Korea as the largest branch in the Asia-Pacific region before he even turned 40. It seemed as though nothing but success awaited him. However, one day, he up and left the company entirely. Despite the glamorous appearance, he was dissatisfied with the lack of work-life balance at Edelman. He abandoned the life of a successful employee and founded a one-man company (THE LAB h) to steer his life and career in a new direction. Now, ten years have passed.
Based on the vivid experiences of real employees obtained through extensive meetings, research, and personal observations, this book was born from the reflections of its author, who went from being an employee to being a professional in order to find a new sense of purpose in his life and career.
