It's another busy day at the mill. Selling thousands a day would be ideal, but the reality is that only one can be made a year. But nothing is impossible for us. We've finally found an easy way. Now we can make many at once! 63 days is all that we need. It's another busy day at the mill to make that certain someone happy.
This picture book shows how puppies are born of human hands, just the way stuffed animals are made at a toy factory. Etched paintings, a technique of printmaking, express the artist's intention of conveying human disregard for life through engraving on cold metal.
By analogizing the activities of a puppy mill to printmaking with human hands in cold, sharp environments, the book seems to be asking its readers,
"Are you living with a happy dog?"

ペットと暮らす人々は一緒に過ごした時間や、その時間を経て積み重なった思い出の中で幸せを感じます。一緒に過ごす時間の中でペットの幸せを願い、喜びと悲しみを分かち合う家族になります。
この本は子犬工場で生まれた子犬たちに関する絵本です。とても可愛がっている自分の家族や、もしくはまた別の誰かの話かもしれません。私たちの知らなかったその「出生の秘密」は実に衝撃的なものです。作家はペットのルル（lulu）を通じて知った、人間の欲望によって作られる犬の真実に対する申し訳ない気持ちと、それを世間に知らせたいという思いからこの話を綴りました。

Những người nuôi thú cưng sẽ cảm thấy hạnh phúc trong khoảng thời gian được ở bên nhau và trong những kỉ niệm chia sẻ cùng nhau trong khoảng thời gian đó.
Cùng nhau tận hưởng niềm vui của thú cưng trong khoảng thời gian cùng ở bên nhau, và trở thành gia đình của nhau để cùng sẻ chia niềm vui và nỗi buồn.
Cuốn sách này là một cuốn truyện tranh về những chú chó được sinh ra ở một nhà máy. Đó có thể là câu chuyện của ○○, gia đình mà chúng ta vô cùng yêu quý. “Bí mật của sự ra đời” đó, sự thật mà chúng ta không biết, thực sự gây sốc. Nhà văn Heo Jung-yoon thông qua hình ảnh chú cún cưng Lulu, đã bắt đầu câu chuyện này bởi vì khi càng tìm hiểu sự thật về những chú chó được tạo ra bởi ham muốn của con người càng cảm thấy có lỗi với chúng và muốn cho mọi người thấy được sự thật đó.

Huh Jungyoon
(English) Huh Jungyoon is a picture book author, a light painting artist, and a creative education planner. Huh currently is in a doctoral course of Education in the graduate school of Hanyang University. Heo Jeongyoon works as a picture book writer and draws pictures for stories that cannot be told in words. Huh hopes to continue writing fun and enjoyable stories that can bring laughter to children.
Huh has written include The Piggyback, The Monkey School, The Booger Kozy and The Invisible Tree.

(French) Je suis écrivan de livre d'Image, planificatrice de l'éducation de la créativité et professeure d'université. Le livre d'image "Arbre transparent" est sélectionné comme 'Genre littéraire internationale pour enfants et adolescents de White Raven". Voici mes livres : "Je mange du riz tous les jours", "Emprunte-moi le père" et "Cozie, la crotte de nez" etc.
Ko Jeongsoon
(English) Ko wrote and illustrated her first picture book at the age of 39; she hasn't missed a day since starting work on her illustrations. She writes what she can't draw and draws what she can't put to words. Her publications include Spring Dream, Okchundang, Seesaw, Mumu's Moon Swing, The Story of an Old Goat, Raise the Guard, The Best Day Ever, and Mr. Cotton Pants' Cotton Pants. Ko has also published the young adult novel The Noise Inside Me and the prose works I Am Well and The Picture Book Mountain. Ko keeps busy telling her stories in illustrated form as well as essays, fiction, and comic books.
(Japanese) 絵: 絵本作家として活動しながら文章では語れない話を絵で表現しています。
書籍には「私たちここにいます、動物園」、「ガードを上げて」、「ゾウおじさんは、鼻が手なんだって」、「鉄線ゾウ」、「お母さんなんで来ないの」、「五月の光州は、再び希望になる」、「もんぺおじさんのもんぺ」、「スーパーネコ」、「最高に素敵な日」、「元気だ」などがあります。
