Overview

An essay by poet Lee Byungcheol that conveys the beauty of life and the hope that there is a reason to look forward to tomorrow.

Book Intro

We’ve experienced so many things in this world that seem unbearable: the sinking of the MV Sewol that filled each of us with guilt and sorrow, the farmers who have since passed after fighting for the price of rice, and the fear of death in our everyday lives. There have been too many tragedies to be listed one by one, and it's genuinely surprising to think about what we've endured. In retrospect, people have comforted, encouraged, and cheered for each other even in the most difficult of situations.

These countless events have broken people's hearts, but poet Lee Byungcheol shows readers that life is still beautiful and that there are plenty of reasons to look forward to tomorrow.
