Lee Chul Hwan
The writer worked for the Ministry of Finance and Economy (the present Ministry of Strategy and Finance) and served as the head of the National Treasury. After that, he worked at the Korea Exchange, the Korea Financial Research Institute, and the Korea International Trade Association. He is now an affiliated professor at Dankook University.
