(English) Today, I Got Angry Again.
Is it possible that you are not angry ever on parenting? Most parents would say it an impossible mission. It is not possible to fit everything into a child in numerous situations where the child’s desire and the desire of his or her parents collide. Rather, meeting all the needs of a child is a hindrance to growth. It takes experience of frustration to grow up healthy. It is impossible not to be angry while raising a child, but the way you express anger can be changed as much as you want. This book introduces some tips on how to manage your emotions to avoid being angry different from your mind, how to get angry wisely without being hot-tempered as usual in various situations with your child, and how to make and use your own emotion control prescription.

子供を育てながら怒らないことは不可能だが、怒りを表現する方法はいくらでも変えることができる。子供は親との関係で自分の感情を落ち着かせ、対処する方法を学ぶ。自分の感情を扱う方法を学んだ子供は、生きていく中で腹が立つことに直面した時 、どのように怒りを扱い表現するかを知り、怒りに振り回されない。その「どのように」を親である私たちが怒りを扱う方法を通じて見せれば良い。本書では感情をコントロールするコツと、子供との様々な状況の中で、以前のようにかっとならず賢明に怒る方法、自分だけの感情調節処方箋を作って活用する方法を紹介する。
(Vietnamese) Hôm nay tôi đã tức giận
Không có bố mẹ nào ngay từ đầu đã nổi nóng với con cái. Ở phần đầu, như đã thấy trong cuốn sách, kể cả khi bạn đã nói "Chắc con đau lòng lắm ~" và cố hiểu con trẻ đang nghĩ gì nhưng tiếng khóc và sự vòi vĩnh kéo dài khiến bạn phải gào thét lên. Có những lúc không thể chiến thắng cơn giận và nói những lời nặng nề. Nhưng trên thực tế, trong nuôi dạy con cái, trong quan hệ cá nhân, bạn có thể thay đổi mọi thứ nếu bạn có thể nhận ra và xử lý cảm xúc của mình. Ngay cả khi tình hình xung quanh không thay đổi, bạn vẫn có thể phản ứng hoàn toàn khác. Bởi vì nó thay đổi cách bạn nhìn nhận và thấu hiểu các tình huống. Khi phản ứng của cha mẹ thay đổi, hành vi của trẻ cũng vậy.
