Overview

This book tells readers that, If you want to change your life, reframe your life!

Book Intro

(English) The Wisdom of Psychology Changing Me

look at the world in a specific way, as well as that of censorship that restricts the world we see.

People often think of a frame as a mindset. However, one's frame does not just mean their mental attitude. A frame can hardly be changed by a one-time decision; you have to repeat the process of reframing until this new frame has set itself as a habit. A frame is not something you have to determine but the object of a “design.” Framing requires you to examine language and metaphors, assumptions and promises, words and questions, and experiences and contexts before designing and establishing a better frame. As you build muscles through regular exercise, regular and repetitive practice helps you to acquire a new frame.

Choi Incheol’s book Frame shows how we face confusion and errors, arrogance and prejudice, and mistakes and misunderstanding, all of which are brought about by our frames, and offers a way to be free from them. Understanding yourself and others in a world full of misunderstanding and prejudice and developing wisdom and humility for a better life are the reasons why we need to learn about our frames. The ultimate purpose of a frame is to come out of oneself, develop a wise perspective and insight, and to lead a free and happy life.

(Japanese)
